To impress your event attendees, you need to get to know this room! It’s a modern space in theatrical style and in the very center of Warsaw. The building was once home to the Kwadrat Theater! Event Room is Brain Embassy Czackiego’s largest coworking conference room, which can accommodate 120 people. You can completely customize it to your vision by personalizing the colorful lighting and the possibility of a complete blackout. An illuminated stage adds an extra effect, which will allow you to successfully organize performances or speeches. What’s more, the stage has a separate entrance from another side of the building, which will come in handy if you have a surprise guest!

The Event Room has access to a lobby with a kitchen suitable for live cooking demonstrations, where you will organize an effective break with refreshments. You can also play audio from the room here, so participants enjoying coffee and serving delicacies won’t miss important elements of the speech.

• 2 LED “gates” capable of illuminating at different intensities with such colors as white, red, green, blue, yellow
• fluorescent/ fluorescent tubes (colors as above)

You can program the light in advance, setting certain sequences of lighting and movement of heads. It is also possible to hook up with your equipment.

Just like rearranging furniture or rearranging groups of participants during a workshop. The availability of mobile solutions such as chairs and tables on wheels will give you total freedom to adjust the room to suit you.

At the Brain Embassy Konstruktorska you can organize an event outdoors – in the only such amphitheater in Mokotow! This is definitely a creative place for an event that will attract many people.

The amphitheater can accommodate 140 people. So far we have organized painting workshops, SpaceHub events, concerts and many other events there!
