Caroling in Mokotów

Community

Kolędowy Mokotów is an event we organize every year with Adgar Poland for everyone who loves the atmosphere of Christmas celebrations, carol singing, and delicious specialties. This year, more than 300 guests gathered at the Amphitheater on Konstruktorska Street, where we kicked off the magical holiday season with carol singing.

Among the guests were neighbors from Warsaw’s Mokotów district, Brain Embassy tenants, families, friends, and members of the local community.

We decided to create a space for meetings – a place where you can slow down for a moment, feel part of the same community, and where closeness is the norm. No tickets, no registration, no divisions. For neighbors and with neighbors.

We create space for shared celebration

The “Kolędowy Mokotów” event was created a year ago as an initiative aimed at and open to everyone. Not only for the Brain Embassy coworking community, but also for residents of Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

In a world full of closed conference rooms, endless meetings, and admission tickets, such an open event has special value. Everyone is welcome here, regardless of their profession, age, or lifestyle

This approach truly supports inclusivity and community building—not just in theory and slogans, but in practice and in real life. And to the rhythm of Jingle Bells.

The Brain Embassy coworking amphitheater – an open meeting space for the community

The holiday celebration took place in the open space of the Brain Embassy Amphitheater on Konstruktorska 11 Street. This place was designed with people and relationships in mind.

The Brain Embassy Amphitheater is a distinctive venue for outdoor gatherings. It was created out of a need to be together in the open air and in stark contrast to the surrounding office buildings. It is a place that attracts passers-by, neighbors, and event participants – without barriers, without haste, but with a focus on valuable time spent together.

Why is this space conducive to community building?

  • It is a place that encourages people to gather—naturally, without metal barriers and mental barriers.
  • It does not create distance between the stage and the audience.
  • It facilitates free conversation by welcoming families with children.
  • This place fosters an atmosphere that facilitates the development of interpersonal relationships with ease and without pressure.

An event that builds community – it’s easy!

Kolędowy Mokotów is one of those neighborhood events that doesn’t require a complicated program or many elements. All you need is some atmospheric lighting, live music, warm winter tea, and hot chocolate to warm you up. And most importantly, the desire to be together. Thanks to this, more than 300 participants gathered at the Brain Embassy Amphitheater this year. Here, every guest was also a co-creator of this magical evening, and everyone was welcome.

For many, the atmosphere of the evening evoked associations with Christmas movies: singing together, chatting over steaming cups of coffee, children running between adults, warm light, and the feeling that everything slows down for a moment. In this way, without grand words, we symbolically opened the holiday season for the second time.

A space that strengthens interpersonal relationships

The highlight of the evening was, of course, singing Christmas carols together, led by the band Z Duchem. Paper and electronic songbooks encouraged everyone to sing along without worrying about knowing the lyrics and without stress.

There were also the ubiquitous Christmas trees, including the Tree of Dreams created by the marketing agency Berry Kolektyw Kreatywny, our long-standing partner. Participants decorated the tree with golden baubles bearing their dreams.

Sharing care – local initiatives as part of community building

The event was accompanied by a fundraiser for the beneficiaries of the “Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę” (We Give Strength to Children) foundation, which has been helping children and young people in difficult situations for years.

Being together takes on an even deeper meaning when we are able to think beyond our own needs and consider the problems of others. Even with such symbolic gestures, it is possible to create genuine relationships between people, spread joy, and provide support and a common goal. Not only during the holidays!

The Brain Embassy Amphitheater on Konstruktorska Street – a unique meeting place that welcomes you and awaits your visit

The amphitheater at 11 Konstruktorska Street functions as an open space where you can stop by, take a moment to look around, and participate in neighborhood initiatives.

However, this place can take on a completely different form. The amphitheater also works well as a space for exclusive events – corporate events, private events, concerts, stand-up comedy shows, or author meetings. Its layout, atmosphere, and Brain Embassy coworking facilities allow it to be adapted to various formats and scales without losing the unique character of the place.

The amphitheater has won several prestigious architectural awards, including:
The Special Award of the 25th edition of the Polish Cement in Architecture SARP competition, the A’ Design Award & Competition, and a nomination for the Warsaw Mayor’s Architectural Award competition.

“Kolędowy Mokotów” is an example of how the amphitheater works when it is filled with people and good energy. If you are wondering how the amphitheater can work for you, we will be happy to advise you.
