The prestigious Well Certificate!
Do you know our original Czacki coworking was designed in the spirit of theater? It has received the prestigious WELL v2 New and Existing Buildings certification at the Gold level! This means that it is a coworking space that takes exceptional care of user comfort, as well as mental and physical health aspects of the workplace.
The former headquarters of the Square Theater as a modern coworking space
The building at 15/17 Czackiego Street was built in 1953 in the social-modern style. From the early 1980s, as the headquarters of the legendary Kwadrat Theater (until 2010), it was an important address on the map of Warsaw. When we took over the building, we faced the exciting challenge of giving it new office functions while preserving its traditions.

Coworking Czackiego – a modern office with respect for history
“
This building is an important element of the urban landscape and we were very keen to revive its former glory. We invited experts in urban planning, architecture, and design to collaborate on this project. Together we were able to create a workspace that combines history with modernity. The space, full of the spirit of the theater, is now vibrant with Warsaw’s business community. We opened the door to modernity and, while preserving the original façade and the designer work environment inspired by the spirit of the theater, we respected the beautiful history of this building
– says Michael Mevorach, Country Manager, Adgar Poland.

Coworking that cares about comfort while working
It seems that this mission has been doubly successful! In our location in the center of Warsaw, we implemented our original design, spicing it up with theatrical design. In addition to comfortable working conditions, we have designed common areas in the Czackiego coworking space that foster the integration of users. There is also no shortage of functionalities such as quiet zones, nap rooms, and meditation corners. This has been recognized by the awarding of the gold WELL v2 New and Existing Buildings Certificate. What are the criteria for awarding the certificate? The jury primarily takes into account criteria of employee welfare and aspects related to the comfort of office users. Among the issues evaluated are access to fresh, clean air and good-quality water. Equally important is adequate interior lighting, thermal comfort, and acoustics. Experts also check tools, technologies, or solutions that affect the health and well-being of people in the categories of nutrition, mind, and community.

Office as a workplace that supports employees
“
Czackiego’s innovative space is conducive to collaborative and creative work. We break the stereotypical concept of work-life balance and implement the philosophy of Activity Based Working. This is possible by artfully adapting the rhythm of activities to personal needs and preferences. Our clients can function smoothly and creatively while feeling at ease. So at the Brain Embassy, we combine work with relaxation. Taking a short nap, meditating, being on the move or even cooking together is the norm with us, which boosts energy and increases efficiency. In addition, the coworking environment ensures that social needs are met, which translates into well-being for all employees.
– says Iwona Barszcz, Global Brand&Experience Manager.

Brain Embassy in Warsaw’s historic buildings
Coworking Czackiego is not the only location with a historic character! We have also implemented the idea of the Brain Embassy in the former Powszechny Dom Towarowy Wola, built in 1956 and designed by Michal Przerwy-Tetmajer.
