We have a record! In the first six months of 2024, we opened a new coworking location and expanded three more – Rzymowskiego, Młynarska, and Jerozolimskie. In eight years of operation on the Polish market, we have enriched Warsaw with seven new office spaces. Currently, you can rent a Brain Embassy office in the Center, Mokotów, Wola, and Ochota.

Development of Brain Embassy’s coworking spaces

In 2024, we launched coworking offices in the Adgar Renaissance Tower building in Warsaw’s Wola district, with a total area of 2558 sqm. However, this is not our only coworking in this district! Our offices for rent are also located in the former PDT Wola building. Until recently, the coworking space was located on the 2nd floor. In 2024, we also opened the first floor, which has an area of 1143 sqm, for tenants’ use. In addition, we expanded the location on Rzymowskiego by 1454 sqm and Jerozolimskie by 724 sqm specifically for the Polish branch of Shell.

So we can boast that in total, in the first half of 2024, the supply of Brain Embassy space increased by as much as 5879 sqm!

Since the beginning of our operation, we have had two missions. During 2023, tenants were able to participate in a total of 123 events through which these goals were realized. Flexible lease terms with a 1-month notice period are also a virtue. We offer our tenants a variety of space types: open space, private office, and company unit, as well as conference and event rooms. On top of that, tenants can count on social facilities and a cleaning service on offer. So our clients are left to focus solely on their development and realization of their business ambitions.

We want to create a comprehensive coworking space that meets a variety of needs. That’s why the profile of our tenants is varied. We attract both young companies and those with an established position in the market. Our clients have multidirectional specializations, different organizational cultures, and even philosophies of caring for employee welfare. Our offices for lease also receive attention from market experts, architects, and journalists. Among other things, in November 2017 we were named “Innovation of the Year” in the CIJ Awards, awards in competitions organized by Eurobuild magazine and CBRE. Instead, the Brain Embassy Czackiego location was the winner of the Property Design Awards 2023 in the Design – Office Interior category.
