Jerozolimskie 181B, Warsaw, during the event entitled the \u201cFuture of Work Festival,\u201d hereinafter referred to as the \u201cEvent.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 1. Organizer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The organizer of the Event is Real Estate Solutions sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 sp. k., with its registered office in Warsaw at Al. Jerozolimskie 181B, 02-222 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000276566, NIP: 5213146925, REGON: 017269312, operating under the business name Brain Embassy, email address:\u00a0<a>be@brainembassy.com<\/a>, telephone number for the Organizer\u2019s representative: +48 785 779 555 (the \u201cOrganizer\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Organizer cooperates in the implementation of the Event with partners, in particular companies and organizations acting as exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, or entities providing promotional, substantive, or other services for the Event (the \u201cPartners\u201d). The scope of cooperation with individual Partners is determined by separate arrangements between the Organizer and the respective Partner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Organizer is responsible for the overall organization, ticket sales, and participant services related to the Event.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 2. Event<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Event will take place on June 16, 2026, at the Adgar Park West building, located at Al. Jerozolimskie 181B, Warsaw (the \u201cBuilding\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The purpose of the Event is to organize a festival dedicated to the future of work, including speaker presentations, discussion panels, workshops, and networking sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The detailed schedule of the Event and descriptions of individual program items will be available on the website at:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brainembassy.pl\/festiwal-przyszlosci-pracy\/\">https:\/\/brainembassy.pl\/festiwal-przyszlosci-pracy\/<\/a>\u00a0and on the Platform referred to in \u00a7 3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The maximum number of Participants is 300 persons. Once the participant limit has been reached, the Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the Event premises.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 3. Tickets and Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation in the Event requires registration and the purchase of an Event ticket via the Evenea platform at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/evenea.pl\/pl\">https:\/\/evenea.pl\/pl<\/a>\u00a0(the \u201cPlatform\u201d) (the \u201cTicket\u201d). Available participation packages and their detailed scope are presented on the Event website at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brainembassy.pl\/festiwal-przyszlosci-pracy\/\">https:\/\/brainembassy.pl\/festiwal-przyszlosci-pracy\/<\/a>\u00a0and on the Platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In order to register, participants must complete the registration form available on the Platform, including in particular providing personal data, \u043e\u0437\u043d\u0430\u043a\u043e\u043c\u0438\u0432\u0448\u0438\u0441\u044c with the information regarding personal data processing and these Terms and Conditions, as well as accepting the required declarations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any person who receives registration confirmation from the Organizer shall be entitled to participate in the Event, provided that all other requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions are met (the \u201cParticipant\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unused Tickets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for any other service. An unused Ticket does not entitle the Participant to a refund. Pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 287, as amended), Participants purchasing Tickets are not entitled to withdraw from the agreement without stating a reason, as referred to in Article 27 of the same Act.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in the Event constitutes the Participant\u2019s declaration that they have read these Terms and Conditions and fully accept their provisions. These Terms and Conditions are available on the Building premises, at the entrance to the Event area, and during registration on the Platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By registering for the Event, the Participant declares that if they experience any symptoms of illness, they will not participate in the Event and will inform the Organizer of their inability to attend without providing a reason.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 4. Participation Conditions and Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants are required to carry a valid identity document at all times (ID card, passport, driver\u2019s license, student ID, or any other document confirming identity).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants are obliged to maintain order and safety at the Event venue and to comply with all instructions issued by the Organizer and its representatives regarding safety and security.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is prohibited to bring dangerous items or alcohol onto the Event premises. The possession or use of narcotics, intoxicating substances, psychotropic substances, as well as smoking tobacco products (including electronic cigarettes), is also strictly prohibited on the Event premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Participant is required to behave in a manner that does not disrupt the participation of others and does not endanger the health, life, or property of any person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants are obliged not to leave any personal belongings unattended. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any items left unattended on the Event premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violation of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions constitutes grounds for the Organizer to exclude the Participant from the Event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Participant shall be liable for any damage caused during the Event due to their own fault or the fault of any person under their supervision during the Event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a Participant violates these Terms and Conditions or any generally applicable laws, resulting in the Organizer being held liable in any manner, the Organizer shall have the right of recourse against the Participant for compensation equivalent to the damage incurred, where such liability arose due to the Participant\u2019s act or omission.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 5. Media Documentation and Image Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Organizer informs Participants that the Event premises are monitored by a surveillance system recording the image of Participants. The recorded material will be used solely for archival, informational, and security purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Organizer informs Participants that the Event will be documented by photographers and video cameras in the form of photographs and video recordings, which may be used by the Organizer and Partners for documentation, educational, and promotional purposes. Such materials may be made available to an unlimited audience through publication on the websites and social media channels of the Organizer and Partners (including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of Participants\u2019 image in the above-mentioned scope shall take place within the limits and on the basis of Article 81(2)(2) of the Polish Act of February 4, 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, according to which:<br><em>\u201cPermission is not required for the dissemination of the image of a person constituting only a detail of a larger whole, such as a gathering, landscape, or public event.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Organizer ensures that only photographs and video materials in which the Participant\u2019s image constitutes merely a detail of the overall Event coverage will be used, and the Participant\u2019s image will serve solely as an incidental element of the Event documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Organizer guarantees that Participants\u2019 images will not be used for commercial gain, and Participants acknowledge that they shall not be entitled to any claims related to the use of their image, including, in particular, the right to remuneration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of any doubts or objections regarding the use of their image, Participants may contact the Organizer via email at:\u00a0<a>be@brainembassy.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 6. Personal Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pursuant to Article 13(1)\u2013(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter \u201cGDPR\u201d), we hereby inform you as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>a) The controller of Participants\u2019 personal data for the purposes of organizing and conducting the Event is the Organizer (Real Estate Solutions sp. z o.o. sp. k.). The independent controller of personal data processed through the Building\u2019s video surveillance system is Adgar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) The Organizer makes every effort to ensure that personal data processing carried out in connection with the Event complies with GDPR provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) Personal data provided in the registration form on the Platform and collected during the Event are processed for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>i) organizing and conducting the Event, including verification of the identity of registered Participants and ensuring security (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR \u2013 legitimate interest of the controller);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ii) documenting and promoting the Event on social media channels or websites (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>iii) establishing, pursuing, or defending against legal claims (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) The scope of processed data includes identification data provided in the registration form, as well as Participants\u2019 image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) Providing personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary for registration and participation in the Event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f) Participants have the right to access their personal data and obtain information regarding its processing, request rectification, deletion (\u201cright to be forgotten\u201d), restriction of processing, as well as the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for reasons related to their particular situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>g) Personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Organizer on the basis of concluded agreements, including Partners to the extent necessary for the performance of their services related to the Event, IT service providers, data hosting providers, email service providers, advisors, companies within the Organizer\u2019s corporate group, authorized employees and associates, and other entities where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>h) Personal data shall be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, and for evidentiary purposes, until the expiration of claims or the final conclusion of relevant legal proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urz\u0119du Ochrony Danych Osobowych) if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates GDPR provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 7. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These Terms and Conditions shall be displayed on the Event premises and will also be available on the Platform and on the website:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brainembassy.pl\/festiwal-przyszlosci-pracy\/\">https:\/\/brainembassy.pl\/festiwal-przyszlosci-pracy\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event or change its date in the event of unforeseen circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In matters concerning the course of the Event not provided for in these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer\u2019s decision shall be final.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply, in particular the relevant provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Copyright and Related Rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants have the right to submit any complaints or comments to the Organizer via email at:\u00a0<a>be@brainembassy.com<\/a>\u00a0or by contacting the Organizer\u2019s representative by phone at: +48 785 779 555.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TERMS AND CONDITIONS \u201cFuture of Work Festival\u201d at Adgar Park West on June 18, 2026 These Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cTerms and Conditions,\u201d apply to all persons present on the premises of the Adgar Park West building, located at Al.
