REGULATIONS FOR USING THE FACILITIES OF
THE ADGAR PDT WOLA BUILDING AT UL. M\u0141YNARSKA 8\/12<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

REGULATIONS FOR USE OF THE BICYCLE ROOM AND THE SCOOTER ROOM
hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Premises”<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Regulations specify the rules for the use of rooms intended for storing bicycles and scooters in Adgar buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. A person leaving a bicycle \/ scooter in the bicycle room or the scooter room agrees to the provisions of these \u2018Regulations\u2019 and undertakes to abide by them strictly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The premises are exclusively for use by Tenants in Adgar buildings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Before using the bicycle \/ scooter room, you must make such a request via the Help Desk System in order to be issued a card with access to the room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Every entrance and exit is registered in the building’s access control system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The one-off cost of issuing 1 access card is PLN 85 net.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Only 1 bicycle \/ scooter per access card can be placed in the room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Cards with access to the premises are not transferable to third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. The premises are open all days of the year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. The bicycle and scooter rooms are not guarded by the Building Security service. Adgar is not responsible for loss of or damage to bicycles \/ scooters in the bicycle \/scooter room, or items left with them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. The access fee is PLN 30 per month and is taken in advance for the entire rental period. Payment will be made by bank transfer upon receipt of a proforma invoice from Adgar via e-mail. To receive a pro-forma invoice, please send your details (name, surname, home address and e-mail address) and a scan of the signed \u2018Regulations\u2019 by e-mail to anna.seroczynska@adgar.pl and izabela.rybaczek@adgar.pl. Once the pro-forma invoice has been paid, a VAT invoice will be issued and sent to the e-mail address provided in advance, together with information about the use of the bicycle room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. The person leaving the bicycle \/ scooter in the bicycle room accepts that invoices are issued without the signature of the issuer, in electronic form (PDF format) and sent by e-mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Bicycle \/ scooter facilities will be available to any employee of the Tenant who signs these Regulations and pays the fee referred to in clause 10.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. A person leaving a bicycle \/ scooter in the bicycle room is required to:\n
      \n
    1. Fasten the bicycle \/ scooter to the rack,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Position the bicycle \/ scooter in such a way that further bicycles \/ scooters can be fastened or placed without problems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. On leaving the room, the correct closing of the door should be checked.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. The person using the bicycle room is required to leave it tidy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Storage of private belongings in the bicycle room is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. The rooms are to be used in accordance with their intended use; in the event of any damage to the bicycle room equipment, it should be reported immediately to the Building Security service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. It is prohibited to charge scooters or electric bicycles in places not designated for this purpose. Charging of the aforementioned vehicles can only take place in the Scooter room, using the Scooter room’s own portable SELV or PELV charger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. It is forbidden to store bicycles, scooters in places other than the bicycle \/ scooter room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. The Building Manager has the right to remove bicycles and scooters left in the common areas of the Building.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    10. It is possible to leave bicycles and scooters in the outdoor area by attaching them with a cable lock to the bicycle racks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    11. In the event of a breach of these regulations the user will be blocked from accessing the bicycle room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    12. Access to the premises will be assigned to a user card, with each entry and exit recorded in the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    13. Access to the bicycle room will also be possible via the Blue Bolt application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    14. Please report any complaints or requests relating to the operation of the bicycle room and issues relating to unlocking access to the bicycle room via the Help Desk platform (via a member of reception staff \/ administrator \/ tenant\u2019s office manager who has access to the platform).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    15. We reserve the right to amend the Regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      INFORMATION ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF BICYCLE ROOM USERS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The controller of personal data of persons using the bicycle room is Adgar BCVIII Sp. z o.o. Sp. Z o.o., Al. Jerozolimskie 181B, 02-222 Warsaw. The data (i.e., access card data, entry and exit data, image) will be processed for the purpose of concluding and executing the agreement for the rental of space in the bicycle room (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), the realisation of the Data Controller’s legitimate interests in providing access to the bicycle room to users, the execution of agreements with tenants, access control and ensuring the security of persons and property (in particular in the case of CCTV data) (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Data may be shared with the Data Controller’s subcontractors, in particular the security company, the CCTV provider and the access control system provider, as well as with other entities within the group to which the Data Controller belongs. The data shall be kept for the period of the statute of limitations for any claims relating to the use of the bicycle room. Users have the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The provision of data is necessary for the use of the bicycle room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      REGULATIONS FOR USE OF SHOWER ROOMS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The Regulations specify the rules for the use of the shower rooms provided in the Adgar PDT Wola building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. The person using a shower room agrees to the provisions of these \u2018Regulations\u2019 and undertakes to strictly comply with them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. The shower rooms are designated exclusively for the Tenants of the Adgar PDT Wola building.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Before using the showers, a request must be made via the Help Desk System in order to issue an access card to the room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Every entrance and exit is registered in the building’s access control system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. The one-off cost of issuing 1 access card is PLN 85 net.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      10. The rooms are to be used in accordance with their intended use; if you notice any damage to items of equipment in the shower rooms, this must be reported immediately to the Building Security service or in the Help Desk system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      11. In the event of a breach of these regulations the user will be blocked from accessing the shower rooms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      12. Please report any complaints or requests related to the operation of the showers and issues related to unblocking access to the showers in the Help Desk platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      13. We reserve the right to amend the regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        INFORMATION ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF SHOWER ROOM USERS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The controller of personal data of persons using the shower rooms is Adgar BCVIII Sp. z o.o. Sp. z o.o., Al. Jerozolimskie 181B, 02-222 Warsaw. The data (i.e., access card data, entry and exit data) shall be processed for the purpose of realisation of the Data Controller’s legitimate interests in providing access to the shower room to users, the execution of agreements with tenants, access control and ensuring the security of persons and property (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).         <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        REGULATIONS FOR USE OF LOCKERS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The Regulations set out the rules for the use of lockers located in the Shower Rooms located on level -1 in the Adgar PDT Wola building (abbreviated as \u2018PDT\u2019), used for storing personal belongings of small value, indicated in item 7, locked with a key (hereinafter referred to as the \u2018Locker\u2019);<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        1. The lockers are intended only for the Tenants of the PDT building using the Shower Rooms (hereinafter referred to as the \u2018Users\u2019).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. The lockers are locked with a key issued by the PDT building security officer in the security room located on the ground floor of the building.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. The user may only use one Locker at a time. The key issued is assigned to a specific Locker number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. It is imperative that all personal items are stored in the Lockers in accordance with the rules provided below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. The Lockers are the only place in the Shower Rooms designated for storing things. Adgar is not responsible for items left by users outside the Locker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        6. Only items serving and necessary for the use of the Shower Rooms may be stored in the Lockers, i.e.: changing clothes, cosmetics of average value, towel, footwear of moderate value, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        7. Adgar declares that the Lockers in the Shower Rooms are not designed and do not have security features to guarantee the safety of valuables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        8. Before leaving the Shower Room, check that the Locker has been properly closed, using the key. The User is obliged to exercise due care in closing the Locker after placing his or her belongings there.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        9. In the event of a malfunction of the Locker, the User is obliged to inform the security officer immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        10. When you have finished using the Shower Room, the Locker must be emptied and left open. The key should be returned to the security officer in the security room on the ground floor of the building.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        11. In the event of loss of a locker key, the User shall immediately inform a security officer and pay a fee of PLN 50 (in words: fifty). The fee must be paid at the security desk in the building.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        12. In the event that the User leaves the Locker Room locked after using it and does not return the key within 12 hours of collecting it, Adgar will treat this as a loss of the key and shall charge the User 50 (in words: fifty) zloty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        13. If the key of a locked Locker is lost, the Locker will be opened in the presence of an Adgar employee and a security officer. A record will be kept of the opening of the Locker, indicating the time and place of the opening, an inventory of the items left, the Locker number and the signature of the person opening it. The User’s belongings left in the Locker will be placed in a special bag\/bag. The competent authority will be informed of the fact that an item has been found in the Locker in accordance with the applicable regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
