      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. you <\/strong>are a Contractor or Partner,<\/strong> i.e. you provide any products or services to us or cooperate with us on joint ventures;

    6. you <\/strong>are our guest<\/strong>, i.e. you participate in events organized by us or on our space, or you visit a Member on our space;

      If you are a Member,<\/strong> we collect information you provide to us in the documents you send us, during conversations, email exchanges, meetings, including, in particular, information necessary for the conclusion and execution of the lease agreement. This may include, in particular, your name, surname, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, company, business address, PESEL, NIP, REGON, bank account number. Your data may also come from publicly available sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are a Member Representative<\/strong>, we collect information provided to us in the documents you send us, during conversations, email exchanges, meetings. This may include, in particular, your name, surname, contact details, position, details about the entity you represent. Your data may also be provided to us by the entity you represent both before and during its cooperation with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are a User<\/strong>, we collect the information you provide to us in the documents you send us, when you register for an account, use the services, fill out electronic forms. This may include, in particular, your name, surname, contact information. Your data may also be provided to us by the entity you represent both before and during its cooperation with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are our guest,<\/strong> we collect the data you provide in the form, order or at the reception of the building. This may include, in particular, your name, surname, contact information, data about the entity you are visiting, and other data related to your stay in our space, including data captured by the CCTV camera system and access control. The data comes from you or the entity you are visiting or who invited you to our space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are a Contractor or Partner<\/strong>, we collect information provided to us in the documents you send us, during conversations, email exchanges and meetings, including, in particular, information necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract.       If you are a Representative of a Contractor or Partner,<\/strong> we collect information provided to us in the documents you send us, during conversations, email exchanges, meetings. This may include, in particular, your name, contact details, position, details about the entity you represent. Your data may also be provided to us by the entity you represent both before and during its cooperation with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are our potential customer<\/strong>, we collect the data you provide in the form on the landing page, contact form or during email exchanges and meetings. This may include, in particular, your name, surname, contact information, and data regarding your interest in Brain Embassy’s offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are a Marketing Recipient<\/strong>, we collect information you provide in contact forms, newsletter form, cookies, from social media activity or from publicly available sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. For what purpose and on what basis we process your data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you are a Candidate<\/strong>, we process your data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. in order to take action at your request, prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);

      2. in order to carry out the employer’s obligations and corresponding entitlements under the law, including labor laws (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);

      3. for Brain Embassy’s legitimate interests, i.e. for security purposes, for reporting, for the establishment and investigation of claims, and for internal administrative purposes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);

                  6. Information about the intent to transfer your data to a third country<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  The Adgar Group has capital ties to the company Adgar Investments and Development Ltd. with its registered office in Petach Tikva in Israel. Due to the above, in some cases (e.g. when reporting) your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area to Israel. In any case of transfer of your data outside the EEA, we will ensure the highest level of security. In addition, we would like to inform you that Israel, in accordance with the European Commission Decision No. 2011\/61\/EU of January 31, 2011 issued pursuant to Directive 95\/46\/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, on the adequate protection of personal data in the State of Israel with regard to automated processing of personal data, available at: https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/PL\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32011D0061<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  7. How long we keep your data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  If you are a Marketing Recipient<\/strong>, we will keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes of marketing, unless you withdraw your consent beforehand, object to the processing of your personal data, or request deletion, in which case your personal data will be deleted without undue delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  If you are a Member, User, Contractor or Partner, or a Representative of a Member, Contractor or Partner<\/strong>, we will keep your data for the period of performance of the contract concluded with you or the entity you represent. After this period, to the extent necessary, we keep your data for the time resulting from legal requirements (e.g., the obligation to keep financial records for 5 years), statutes of limitation (3 years for the statute of limitations for claims arising from business activities), or necessary to fulfill the other purposes of data processing indicated herein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  If you are a guest, <\/strong>we will keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the organized event or other legitimate interests of Brain Embassy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  If you are a Candidate, <\/strong>we will keep your data until the recruitment is completed, and if you have consented to the use of your personal data for future recruitment, we will keep your data until you withdraw your consent, but for no longer than 2 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  8. What rights do you have<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  In exercising your rights regarding the processing of your personal data, you may submit the following requests to us:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  1. if we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing we have carried out on the basis of that consent until it is withdrawn;
